OCIMF on 25th July 2018 has issued the publication “Guidelines To Harden Vessels” in order to provide a layered defense methodology based on lessons learnt from developing best management practices.
In accordance with TMSA Element 13.2.1, VIQ7 Items 7.8, 7.9, 7.10 and the recently published BMP5 “Best Management Practices” a Vessel’s Hardening Plan (VHP) is required to be onboard vessels.
