Development of ship specific Biofouling Management Plan according to the IMO Resolution MEPC.207(62) in conjunction with the USCG Regulation 33 CFR §151.2050 (e), (f), (g) and the new California Code of Regulations, title 2, section 2298.1 regarding the Minimization of the Transfer of Nonindigenous Species from Vessels Arriving at California Ports as well as the “Craft Risk Management Standard (CRMS)” for Biofouling on vessels arriving to New Zealand as issued by the New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI).
